Causeway Challenge
The Causeway Challenge is an annual World-Class International event organized by Michael Tang of Singapore.
The inaugural Causeway Challenge was held in Riviera Hotel, Malacca from 20th till 22nd Dec, 2002. It featured Top 10 players from Singapore and Malaysia, a rivalry inspired by the Trans-Tasman Challenge between Australia and New Zealand.
The "Causeway" is the bridge connecting Singapore to Johor Baru, Malaysia.

Now it's back, not with a whimper but with a bang. Four days of the most challenging games in this part of the world, not in Johor, but in Bangkok, the ancient home of the King's Cup. Yes! Bring it on!"
